"Hotel is modest but overall very good check was fine and breakfast ok only thing I found an issue was the front door was locked which may sound fine but if you didn’t have you key it might be a problem. You were suppose to lock it especially at night and you had to rely on others to do so which was often not the case. There was not often a person at the desk no other issues and still worth the stay "

"Struttura situata in posizione davvero ottimale per visitare Marzamemi e i dintorni. Tony (il proprietario) è molto gentile, accogliente e premuroso. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con gusto, con un terrazzo privato davvero incantevole. Letto confortevole, minifrigo, Internet wifi, bagno con doccia e finestra con zanzariera (fondamentale!). Siamo stati davvero bene e ritorneremo sicuramente! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo! "

"The property itself has so much potential. The listing says the property has a private beach but there is absolutely no private beach. There is a beach about 10 minute walk which is good. The rooms are not soundproof at all… next door at 10am there was a couple engaging in some “adult” activities and everything could be heard which made my family very uncomfortable. "We found the apartament with no issues and Caroline (the owner) seemed lovely. The place was very quirky and had a pleasant vibe to it. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I was hugely disappointed that the images on hotels.com were labeled completely incorrectly. The room was supposed to have a private balcony with a sea view.
