"A couple of minor areas in the apartment could receive some more love/maintenance (broken powerpoints etc), but the apartment was in a great location and the space and facilities were all reasonable. Would stay again."

"Great Communication prior to our stay. Clear instructions on how to enter premises and check in. Two bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Cooking facilities were in good working order and the full size fridge with freezer was great. Laundry in apartment was very handy for washing and drying towels and was stocked with laundry detergent. One more roll of toilet paper would have been great 😃"

"Comfortable casual accommodation- great for a few days with kitchen and laundry in the unit. It was a little confusing to check in and out when not arriving during reception hours- we called the posted number and had a smooth check-in but no one answered when we tried to setup checkout for early morning the next day so we left the key fobs in the drop box and left a message and hoped. One detail was that a hot tub is listed and I thought I verified by looking ta the pool image to see a small...

"Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative."

Take a dip in any of the nine swimming pools throughout the resort. There are unbeatable guest facilities including a tennis court, spa and BBQ facilities.

"The accommodation was very spacious. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "

"Check in and parking was easy. Friendly service. Parking was free which was definitely a plus. Room was clean and we had a lovely view. Dinner was easy and within walking distance. "

"The apartment was well situated to get out an about in Cairns, but not in the middle of the busy town which we liked. It was clean and spacious with all the amenity needed for a week away. The host was very friendly and contactable throughout and helpful with dealing with any issues that arose. "
