"Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. I loved the elegant look of the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and food selection was great too. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants, shops and the wharf is in walking distance. The only problem was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for 5 days during our stay. It was disappointing however, we were allowed to use the pool of the other Pullman Hotel across the road. "

"The accommodation/building was older but nice and clean. Besides the ants in the kitchen coming out of the stove top. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful, you could sit out there all day!"

"This was a great place to stay in Cairns! 10-15 minutes walk to the wharf and great shopping and dining. Large kitchen and shared area in the hostel and I loved that they advertised local events and activities happening. "
