"A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. "We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing."

"My stay at La Cuadra Residences was a study in contrasts. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. " Cean and close but there was a volcanic disco next door with outrageously loud techo MUSIC. WE COULD NOT SLEEP TILL 04 H FIRST TWO NIGHTS, tha goodness it was closed on the last night Monday. "The host was very helpful. He met us in person on our first day and showed us his favorite restaurants and grocery store. He was extremely helpful. The place is in a great location and secure. I would recommend taking an Uber to downtown if you go there. Driving in the city is not for the faint of heart, but Ubers cost us only 3-5 one way. I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"This is a beautiful, well equipped property. Excellent location right on the square in Casco Viejo. So clean and bright! Balcony space, lovely shower in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in room! "This is my 2nd time staying at Paitilla Inn hotel. The rooms have been updated since 2019 and the bay view is always a must. It's close to everything including the walk along the malecon to enjoy some street food and culture plus it gives you full access to all of restaurants to view in the area just walking the malecon. Don't forget to feed the cats that walk along the malecon walls. I like the breakfast buffet but next time please include BACON. Beware of the birds that land on your plate to steal your food if you dine on the patio but it was fun to watch them do this. Next time I'm back in Panama, I will be staying at Paitilla Inn hotel."
