"Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !!"

"We had the red panda experience booked at the good zoo, and decided to stay at the resort after. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the receptionist that checked us in even gave us a free breakfast!
