"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. "A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. "Beautiful, spacious, clean. From the monkeys hollering overhead while relaxing in the pool at dusk to the other native species making their daily trek in front of the house, we felt like the animals in the cage at the zoo while the animals checked us out!
