"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Definitely a good stay

"Staff was very helpful, which met my needs a few times. Great location near the train station (5 minute walk). But because of it, street noise from Avenue Thiers may be loud for some if your room faces that direction. It is close to eateries and convenience stores however. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Main sightsee areas to the south and west however takes 15-20 minutes on foot, but it's fun to see the neighborhood and architecture. Definitely a good stay."
