"If you're spending a few days in Cote d'Azur and are looking for an economic option then this property is good. The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "It was a good stay..Booked for 4 nights. Airconditioning of the room is very good. We were allowed to check in early. It would have been better if we have a better towels and pillows. You may or may notl get used to the noise of the train coming in and out of Cannes as said on previous reviews. Grocery stone & bakeshop are steps away."
