"We like that this apartment block is walking distance to almost everything. We could see the top of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Good access to a metro station. Sound proofing is good. Two things can be improved: provision of coffee pods for the coffee machine and the bathroom area.
