"I loved this resort! 1. The food was great for resort food 2. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. 3. We always felt safe even at night 4. The resort was full of monkeys, iguanas, macaws, birds 5. Lots of entertainment for kids The only downside was the beach. Don’t go here For the beach. It’s pretty and the view is great but the locals bug you to get massages as soon as you step foot on the sand and the current is strong I would go back and recommend this place every time. "

"The property is old and out dates They appear to be renovating it but there is a quit a way to do Our room was definitely in need of a renovation it was a junior suite that was poorly laid out Room was sparsely decorated Rusty fridge Cheap MIs-matched dishes and utensils that I would never eat of off No covers over the Box spring We were only provided a small soap No shampoo and conditioner. Hotel staff was not the friendliest We’d never stay here again nor recommend it"

"The property seem new, or at least recently renovated it is beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow and it was great, but could have used a way to hang up wet clothes. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived, so we had to wait. And when we got to the room, the toilet needed plunging - nothing messy, but it wasn't flushing properly. Staff was very friendly and as responsive as possible. Everything we ordered in the restaurant was delicious."
