"The lodge was very rustic and sort of charming. However, it could use some serious TLC. The room we stay in was in serious need of repair and furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were not in working order. The food cooked for us by their cook was fabulous! The bar and bartender staff were very nice! The breakfast was good as well. The best part was the “wild” beach and dinner by it! My friend and I had a great time! A night or two there would be recommended."

The front office personnel had gone home for the day so the security handed me an envelope with my name and key. There was no additional information provided about hotel facilities or amenities.
