"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"It was ok, supposed to sleep 4, however, the futon in the living area is pretty small & really old, a really nice pull out sofa would've been ideal. The bungalow is spacious & tidy, the covered porch is nice, lots of beautiful greenery on the property."

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. "It was a good stay, the room was nice but not the room advertised on Internet. No one was there to check us in or idea of us coming. After getting thru all that , the stay was nice the rooms were clean and facilities were safe and secure. Wifi only worked in common areas, no wifi in rooms. Staff was very friendly. Maid service everyday except Sunday, but they changed towels out. "
