"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. "Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to. The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed. "

The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. "We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. "

"The outside of the hotel is not pleasant,but once you enter it is amazing. The living wall is great and sych a good idea, the eco items on the room are a great feature and well thought out. Our room faced the fromt but we heard nothing from the trams or nearby bars. The kitchenettes on each floor are a great idea and very handy and useful. The only issue we had on two mornings was the lack of staff in cleaning tables, hot drinks and replenishing items. Poor lady was rushed off her fault doing everything. "
