The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is not an appliance or kitchen apparatus excluded (keurig, waffle maker, toaster, blender). "The driveway was cut-up and blocked off. We had to use the yard just to park our car. Some cooking utensils would have been nice. Also, ask your cleaning crew to cleana little earlier so the floors will be dry when the guest arrives."

"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "Our family has stayed in this beautiful historic home for a reunion with relatives in the Rochester area for the past 5 years. The house is clean and very spacious. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill.
