"We chose the Avid hotel in Southhaven due to my having severe allergies! This hotel had no carpet, no curtains and no pets. It was pretty basic, but exactly what we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a good selection. The staff were all friendly and very helpful! We will probably definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Overall, it was a good experience. Overnight staff was very alert and friendly. Only complaint is, shower was slippery. As if the chemicals usedbto clean shower were not all the way washed off."

"They could remove the carpets and replace with tiles so you can move your luggage easier. The carpet in the hallways is so thick it is very difficult to move/manicure not just the luggage but the luggage trolley."
