I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. "The accommodations were great for us. Plan on going up a lot of stairs to the front door. The parking is tight but doable for 3 cars. The host communicates so well and we had everything we needed. Sound does travel to the downstairs neighbor, including footsteps and they do complain about it and will call the police if you or your kids are walking around after 10 pm. Despite that I would stay here again. It has great beach and town access and it was very clean and comfortable. "
