This large home consists of 6 bedrooms + den, 3 and a half bathrooms, a 10-person hot tub, 2 living rooms and 2 decks.

Master - 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, includes a heated floor, jetted tub, and spa shower with the stone floor and 5 nozzles (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen bed w/walk-in closet (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed w/walk-in closet (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bathroom - Full bathroom with double sink and tub/shower combo
Bedroom #4 - 3 Double beds w/walk-in closet (1 is a bunk bed) (sleeps 6)

Bedroom #6 - 1 King bed w/walk-in closet (sleeps 2)

Guest access
This rental includes use of the backyard (not fenced), playground, 2 decks with comfortable outdoor furniture with a fire table, and BBQ.
This home does not cater to large events. Extra persons can enjoy the home, but the host must be approve any more than 18 people.
Pets are permissible but need to be communicated how many, their size, and they are not to be left alone in the home. Please message us if you have any questions about this.
Other things to note
House sleeps 18. An RV pad with 30 AMP service and sewer hook-up can be rented out at an additional marginal rate.

If booking over the Christmas season we do have a Christmas tree that can be set up or made available for you to set up.

The Hay Lakes Area is a serene setting in Alberta's prairies. Busy Bee Luxury Estate is one of the few properties serviced on our road. It is the perfect escape for a family reunion or get-together, with room for multiple families to gather. You are 6 minutes from a Thistle Hill Farm Petting zoo & Pony Rides, 9 minutes from the nearest grocery supermarket, and 30 minutes from the International Airport and the outlet mall, making it an accessible central destination for everyone to gather at.
This home is located towards the end of a Range Road in a rural setting, offering great privacy. There is a pond south of the home making for great views and wildlife, and at the end of the range road is big hay lake. However, it is not a recreational lake.
