"I stayed in a 60 m² apartment for 10 days and everything was perfect for me. It's quiet and safe which I value much. The property conditions are very good and the area nearby is very open, close to a canal and to a nearby green area where it's possible to go for an outdoor run. Bathroom is a good size with a good shower. The kitchenette was enough for my needs and the local supermarkets are reachable in 20 mins walk.
