"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice. "

"Very clean and tidy and quiet (other than a yippy dog), but door locks need maintenance for cold weather--we got locked out and had to call in maintenance for a 30-minute delay returning to our room one night. Staff was friendly and apologetic."

"The staff was very nice. The hotel looked nice aside from so trash left around from what seemed like quite a few parties happening. Nothing overwhelming, just candy wrappers and noise makers. The room was very cool! The space, setup and storage availability was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! I don’t usually like veggies in my eggs, but really liked them! My husband actually said they were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had, and we travel several times a year. The noon checkout time was much appreciated, especially with the start of daylight savings. "
