"The house is a great space, with a large social area and beautiful light spaces. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are lovely. The area is lovely and rural but close enough to east grinstead. Lots to do nearby with kids. The doors to the bedrooms all have individual automatic locks which I can see is beneficial when renting out individual rooms but as we had the whole house it would have been better to have them unlocked. "The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

"wow wow wow. our stay was exceptional in all ways from the serenity of the beautiful countryside and hearing the sounds of the sheep cows and horses. The cottage was very spacious and well equipped and exceptionaly clean with very high standards in all the furnishings Farmer Tim and his wife were delightful people and very accommodating. we asked for a tea pot. next there there is a tea pot waiting for us at our front door nothing wa to much trouble for them. we will definitely be retuning...

"A peaceful setting. Extremely poor Wi-Fi. TV, microwave, did not work there were no operating instructions. There were wasps inside on arrival we mentioned it next day to owner who came out and said she had no previous knowledge of them even though there were dead wasps in the window channels of both hall and bedroom. Every day after we managed to collect approx 100 wasps per day. We found the nest in the roof and reported it and suggested pest control should be called. Of our 7 day holiday only...
