"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

"We returned to the Antoinette after enjoying a previous stay whilst visiting family in Wimbledon. The hotel impresses us with its professional and friendly staff, the breakfasts (which are excellent) and the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. This time, we also enjoyed the in-room dining, having ordered from a local restaurant using deliveroo, with the hotel providing cutlery and crockery. We have stayed in many hotels including the big ones but find the Antoinette an excellent stop-over during our visits to Wimbledon."

"Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well."
