"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. "For the price, the general standard of the property was OK, but there were a number of problems. First, the description "one bedroom apartment" is misleading - this is one bedroom within an apartment, not the same thing at all. Second, the area does not feel safe. It is a primarily industrial area, some of it derelict, and I would have been nervous going there late at night. Last, although it was fairly clean overall, there was a condom in its wrapper in the bedside drawer. "

"Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance. "The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. "When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice."

"Very convenient location to the NEC. Hotel and rooms had all you needed for a overnight stay, comfy bed, decent size room/bathroom/clean. Was able to park earlier than check in time for a small charge, rest of the stay had free parking. Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough. Thank you would definitely stay/recommend "

Nice hotel but breakfast time is an issue

"Nice, clean and tidy hotel, the only issues being the queue for breakfast. There are notices saying queues likely (I think this is due to there not being enough tables for the amount of guests at the hotel.) I personally did not want to queue, so skipped breakfast"
