"When the ref is open, we saw the freezer part is not clean, looked like frozen spills from something. Dust everywhere, from TV stand to table. Other than that, our stay was good."

"Other than limited parking when the businesses in the area who share the parking are open. Then parking is limited. Once the businesses close, plenty of parking. Very clean facility and very walkable area with great restaurants and shops with a very friendly helpful staff. Will stay here again."

"I came by train and taxi (not by car) and I wished I had known that the diner and the bar would be closed on Sunday and Monday, which were the days I was there. There are no dining options in walking distance, which is expected in these areas where everyone drives. It is very nice that the hotel provides complimentary soup though :-) Only, I am a vegetarian, so I couldn't eat this one. I didn't starve though, because at least I was able to purchase some snacks. "This is our go to hotel when travelling through Albany. The hotel is beautiful with very comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any needs. The on site restaurant is a huge benefit for travelers. The food and service are top notch in both the restaurant and bar area. Book the room with the breakfast included option it is well worth the extra cost. "

"The property was amazing! The cottage is like a cozy little cottage! We had a great time! It was extremely clean, directions for everything in the house were clear, and recommendations from Mike were excellent! Mike was easily reached with whatever questions we had! "This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. "We hosted our family Thanksgiving in this beautiful sprawling home. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this home again if we come back to this part of New York. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with."
