"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "We booked this caravan for a 2 night stay for 7 people. Check in was very simple, with the key available in a key safe and we loved the view of the pond from the balcony. The twin bedrooms were very small and the beds very close together so really only suitable for children, which we didn't realise when booking for adult occupancy. "Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village "

"Fabulous property very well equipped and the beds were so comfy. All of the lodge was thought out extremely well to give you a fabulous holiday. The site itself was very central and also safe for my grandchildren to play. A added bonus was a 5 minute walk to a very good shop, fish and chips shop and a Chinese. I would defiantly recommend this lodge."

"The resort was good, caravan very comfortable and accomodating. Good facilities for dogs. My only complaint is that having been told : Items included in my booking are : Tea towel, Anti bac spray, J cloth, Sponge, Basic toiletries, combined bodywash/shampoo in pump dispenser, 2 toilet rolls. Due to expecting the above, we didn't bring our own. No Tea towel, no Jcloth or sponge,no antibac spray or basic toiletries. We did have 2 toilet rolls and some soap in one of the bathrooms. "

"Very poor weather, which can't be helped, however having no TV or internet or swimming pool for two days was a problem. Trying to turn on the TV we found we had to use our own roaming service with very poor reception and excessive costs, when the owners were asked I was told they couldn't access the internet, however reception said there was no problem with reception they just didn't wish to pay site charges."

"All looked good but oven did not work,the shower was way too hot and we couldn’t turn it down if you had young kids it was not good,the wi fi was not good very intermittent we have stayed at better caravans on this site,we love how close it is to the beach but overall just a bit tired and needs some TLC"
