"The hotel was wonderful and centrally located so nearly everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff was the best we've ever encountered. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and went way out of their way to make us feel special. We definitely plan on always staying at The Dagny in Boston and highly recommend it."

"The hotel itself was amazing! I could recommend that the staff be a bit more friendly. They paid no attention to me standing at the locked door the night I arrived as it was locked after certain hours, but as soon as another person came in they came running to the door as they seemed to know her. I had buzzed the after hours several times and they ignored me standing there. I was also disappointed with the lack of amenities on site for the people who like to have water and snacks but don't want to have delivery. When I was checking out I spoke to one man and another interrupted and took over, which I thought to be very rude! And while a customer was having a discussion with a desk person the other 3 were watching and I stood waiting for help for a long period of time before they finally decided to help me. The hotel is amazing and I would like to stay again but the staff could use some help with customer service!"

"Small rooms but the place had everything needed. Location was the best - walkable to area market and Faneuil Hall; took the train, and went to an event at TD Garden - good price for Boston!"
