"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."

"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "
