"My husband and I took our boys ten and twelve over easter break. The property was very private. The expansive views of the yard looking out to the bay we're beautiful. The house was really clean and nicely decorated . The master bedroom had great views and the bed was amazing. It might be to buy the mattress! We were unable to put our boat in. Due to the water levels and the sludge. But we found a boat launch only ten minutes away. All in all, if you want a very relaxing vacation, this is it. Also local restaurants for great! "

"If you want to relax by the water and getaway from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. The cottage is updated and cozy with amazing views. Just step off the patio onto the sand. Cottage was stocked with essentials and extra goodies to make it feel like home."

"The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The TV was small and the breakfast quite light. The view was great and it was peaceful and quiet there. "

"Unfortunately our stay in the area was necessitated by a death in the family. The Little Blue Cottage was a perfect peaceful refuge as we were handling arrangements. The location on the water was so tranquil (and our dogs loved it too)!"

"Very interesting home with a lot of family history. Piano. Guitar. Amazing dining room table. Wonderful upstairs suite with other bedrooms two floors away so lots of privacy. Kitchen looked well stocked although we ate all our meals at a relative’s home. I didn’t cook at all. Beach is lovely!"

"This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. The hosts are wonderful people, always kind and patient, and gave great recommendations on shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. They were very communicative and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this amazing beach home!"

"We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "
