"We loved our stay here. The property is very clean and well stocked. I really appreciated all the supplies that came with the house, i.e hand soaps, paper towels, etc. Usually small items like these are not provided at rental houses, so this a nice touch for us! We loved the dock and waterviews. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but amenities are close by. If you are looking for a quiet and serene get away this is it! Highly recommend and would 100 percent book again!"

"I really dont think that the pictures do this place justice because the house is much more charming in person. I think my favorite part were the beautiful fig trees framing the backyard. The house is gorgeous and the bathrooms are simply luxurious. The kitchen is well appointed and the dishwasher is so fancy that i couldn't figure out how to turn it on. You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. My only suggestions would be an extra key for guests and to get rid of the old spices...

Aside from the most amazing 360° views, cleanliness of the home, the fine attention to details, the hospitality of the owners, the beach, the amenities it was juat the most relaxing welcoming home. "We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. "

The Kozy Kottage was truly a dream - clean, comfortable, and the location could not have been more amazing. "We really enjoyed our stay @ Bizzy Bungalow. It was very clean and well-stocked. The pink bee decor and the matching kitchen cookware and utensils was adorable. "We had a very nice relaxing stay at the river. We spent a lot of time outside reading, watching the birds, and listening to the river. There were several very comfortable areas to sit with shade to enjoy the view. When the heat kicked in, we went into the house where the open kitchen, living and dining areas all have wonderful views of the river. "We loved staying at Carlisle's place and the location was beautiful and remote while still close to everything! Our favorite thing to do was sit outside and watch the boats go by. So peaceful. Carlisle was also the most responsive host we've ever had, which I think is a huge plus. There were ample bedrooms and spaces for all of us to relax, the kitchen was well appointed. Modern furnishings, thoughtful amenities- beach towels, firewood, bikes, dog bowls, beach umbrella, kitchen supplies , hand soap, water cooler, cool refrigerator, kayaks, tv with streaming services….. literally everything you need! Relax on the balcony from master bedroom or main level. Location is quiet….. private beach is peaceful. Close to the state park as well. Highly recommend!!!!! Was a wonderful trip!"
