The breakfast area feels a little crammed at times but it is a big hotel. They encourage you to think about a breakfast slot to avoid over crowding. Staff are all very helpful. We were given complimentary drinks because we didn't use housekeeping. Loads of shops in the area and transport connections are excellent. "
