"I loved the pool after dark. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurants were excellent. McCormicks was great and fancy. The chef is great. Must try the steak and mash. Never tasted a steak that delicious. Guest services are great. Parking very convenient. Casino was awesome. Love the stay and will go again. "

"Our stay at Hard Rock was wonderful!! Staff was amazing -- courteous, professional and so helpful. Room was immaculate and beautiful. Earth, Wind and Fire concert at Etess Arena was so much fun -- great venue!! ONLY negative was the smell of smoke from the casino floor in certain areas of the ground floor."

"The front desk agent who checked us in was very rude. Had it not been for him our stay would have been a 5 star. I explained to him that we were unaware that our credit card had to be ran separately for the incidental fee and the parking (thinking our parking charge would be taken out of the incidental fee upon check out). "Overall very nice place. Staff is excellent. Properly is lovely is lovely and well maintained. MGM tower is not ad nice as the Water Club was. Loss of roof top pool is disappointing and the bedding is not as nice-pillows were terrible and limited blankets during winter stay. The restaurants used to be great but with the close of Izakya very limited high end choices. "

"Check in went smoothly. Awesome view of the ocean! The windows had finger prints and the bath jets were shooting out hair. The curtains all had some sort of staining. Front desk was called and someone was sent up to clean. They did remove the parking and resort fees. The furnishings had all seen better days. We decided to stay an extra night and that was a hassle.
