Tile grout was BLACK with dirt. TV came on by itself while I was packing..I think neighbor's remote controlled it. Toilet seat wobbly and in need of repair"

"Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us.
