"The VRBO was wonderful! The house was clean and everything was in good condition and good working order. It worked perfectly for our small family + grandpa for our weekend trip. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the pergola and outdoor table with the water feature. The location was convenient to our time in Bullhead City and Mohave Valley. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and easy for walking. "

"I think the front desk attendant was great, (Martha?) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant to deal with and had a lot of good ,. Quiet location, safe parking. Nothing special, but absolutely nothing not to like. Zero complaints. Will stay there again without hessitation."

"This is a Beautiful home! It was clean, neat and had everything you need! We had a group of 10 and still didn't feel cramped! Easy check-in and check-out. The games and pool table definitely a hit. The water level was pretty low in the mornings but by noon, we could push the seadoo's out for a ride. The beach area was great to set up chairs and enjoy the views and sun! Close to the casino's and about 15-20 mins. ride on the water to Davis Dam. Everything was perfect while we were there and had no issues! Definitely a place we return to. "

"We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!"
