"This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent. "

"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!"

"Great place to stay in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Convenient access to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang area and not too far from Petronas Towers. Pool could be a bit better but overvall great hotel with very nice rooms."

"Room was spacious. Housekeeping was quick to notice that I have exited my room. Asked if I needed them to tidy up the room. Even the bell boy explained all the directions to me. Making sure that I go to the right place. Really love the hospitality."
