"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "

Room for improvement: - The aircon was switched off suddenly in the middle of the night, which made the room hot and stuffy. - The steamed buns served during the breakfast buffet were cold."

"Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Not many shops and eateries around so less convenient if you need a late night snack or early breakfast - unless you eat in the hotel. Walking to the nearest mall takes about 15 mins depending on pace. "
