The building and design is quite old, and the sound proof is bad cause you can hear people closing their door,and even phone ringing also can be heard. Overall,I think the hotel is overpriced, I don't feel it worth the 5 star.

5th time staying. But seems to be better now with new management. Gd service and and food. This hotel is above the rest because of serenity, class and amenities ie restaurants and local shopping. The bed is very comfortable. I can fall asleep within 10 mins. The pillow is nice and comfortable too. The buffet breakfast have a wide spread and many types of foods to eat. It’s also have many types of fruits juices to drink too. I will definitely stay again at this hotel at JB.
