"An optimal location in Polanco, the poshest residential area of the city. It felt safe and eminently walkable. Lots of interesting architecture. There are two or three restaurants per block and three or four within each of the various large hotels. Too much good food, too little time."

"Our stay was wonderful....the concierge was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant SAKS down the streeet with a cuban jazz group who were great as was the food....enjoyed Lilou restaurant....the Palm was overrated and a disappointment ...otherwise no complaints and view from room of park was awesome"

"If you are needing a place to stay and have a early morning international flight this is the best hotel to stay at! They have Starbucks in the lobby, a pool, quiet rooms with comfy beds and a place to get breakfast in the morning. It’s also a quick ride to downtown!"

"It was a beautiful property. The only thing I would say is that the pool should be kept clean. When I was there the pool was dirty and the next morning I went there they had tools inside and around the pool and it was worse than the day before. The day before we were able to at least take pictures with a little green pool and the city behind us. That area of the pool is the best to take fixtures at so the hotel should have it clean at all times. I paid to go to this hotel to relax in the pool...

"My plane has a delay an I tried several times to contact the property to let them know I will arrive late, but their reservations' department asked me for their confirmation code. They did not take Hotel's itinerary number or my name. Fortunately, my stay was totally paid and I can get a room upon my arrival at 3 am."
