My only complaint was that the TV was not hooked up to the internet (the front desk did state work would be completed mid-April, so hopefully this is fixed by the next time we stay). "I’m a stunning location. Hot springs were awesome. Our room had a smell and toilet backed up. The amenities included in our stay 2 days of access to hot springs, pools, classes were excellent. The locker rooms are great and the steam room and extra solid. The lockers in locker room were out of order but since it wasn’t crowded- there were still plenty to choose from. An overall great experience "
