Throughout our stay, they demonstrated remarkable professionalism by being helpful in recommending various tourist sites and attractions, and consistently interactive, attentive, and highly efficient in addressing our needs. When we initially checked in and discovered that our assigned room next to the elevator was causing some disturbance due to noise issues, they handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and promptly relocated us to a more suitable room the very next morning, ensuring our comfort for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast options were excellent. I would definitely return when visiting Panama due to its easy access to all tourist sites. The taxi service was exceptional. Our driver demonstrated great professionalism, maintaining a friendly demeanor. His careful driving and thorough knowledge of the local roads made us feel completely at ease during our transfers."
