"The staff was awesome. Condo was an easy 2 block walk to the historic district(square outside American Trade Hotel). Location looks a little scary, but we felt safe after going in and out a couple of times. We would definitely stay there again. "

They have 3 hour wait times ( your are calling from a different country) Promises you help and escalation that never comes. "Big, clean, and modern apartment with a beautiful rooftop pool area. The building is in a poor neighborhood just two short blocks from Casco Viejo, but we loved the local feel and opportunity to see more of real Panama City living. It feels safe with a locked entrance to the building, friendly staff at the front desk all 24 hours, and also two or three police officers parked out front 24 hours a day.
