We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"Lovely hotel, with beautiful old-fashioned decor, very close to the centre of the city. Excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the hotel windows have external blinds to reduce noise and light. Modern, upgraded rooms are available but we prefer classic furnishings. "

"There was no closet in the room, the room was small, the passages between the bed and the wall were cramped, and getting to the bathroom at night was inconvenient. The shower was excellent, there was no microwave in the room"
