"It is a clean, well run property. Nice and helpful staff . It's in a pedestrian only zone . But a safe pickup place for Uber,Bolt, or taxis us just a few meters away. My only complaint is that they keep it much too warm. The only way to keep the room comfortable was to turn off the heat - it was heated well enough from the hallway. "

"No one around hotel Lev or II. Dragged heavy lugage up the stairs at entrance only to find door locked, no lights insid, no staff, noone to ask. Dragged said luggage down high steps and along the street and into broken and uneven floor courtyard then got in through back door to find no one to ask/check me in.
