"It’s a great hotel. Check in was easy (and early, with no issues) and the rooms are great. Clean, well appointed. In room fridge is tiny, which is annoying (it’s fitted within a drawer) but otherwise a great room with a really good shower ‘pod’ with no pre-formed plastic! Breakfast is good, although the Swiss ‘clear your own plate’ is a bit much when you consider the $45 price tag! "

"This is a perfectly good hotel if you are spending the night in Zurich just before a flight -- the airport is 5 minutes away. There is public transport or Uber (about 9 Swiss franks). One noteworthy thing: there is no air-conditioning there, so if that's important to you, keep in mind for the summer. One last strange thing: I was told that Expedia was providing a "gift": one breakfast. Considering there were two of us, that's not a gift. It's a two-for-the-price-of-one offer. We declined because the breakfast was expensive."

"Easy way to take a train to city center from the hotel, lots of different food in the airport food courts just couple minutes walk from hotel. Couple minutes walk to the check in counter it is very convenient facility "

"Our stay was great for 1 night to fly out from Zurich airport, hotel was nice & airport shuttle was A1. I've a problem though with the hotel tax of 3.50 CHF/p. I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"
