"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Langka. The location was excellent with friendly staff that solved any problems quickly There were multiple spaces to cater for 2 families or 4 couples. It was nestled at the end of a lane way which made it quiet but still close enough to walk for daily massages and restaurants. Gojek was our friend for transport and food. The large pool was well utilised by all in our group. "

"The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day. "We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. "The villa is located in a very central area, the down side is if you were looking for a zen moment I am not too sure if this is the villa for you. Mrs Sippys is on backing on to the villa so you hear the party times most of the day and night. (They close at 10pm) Villa staff were amazing. We had a few maintenance problems.
