"Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? "Very pleasantly surprised with our stay - it was great! The room was lovely and spacious, the staff are wonderful and the free breakfast went down great every morning. Our bed was made each day and was very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Canggu with everything you need in walking distance. Staff were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out and helped us find laundry services nearby. "
