"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. "We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return.."
