"We stayed over NYE the house was absolutely beautiful. Home from home, rustic and tastefully decorated keeping the charm of the property. We stayed in most of the time cooking huge meals and the kitchen and dining area is perfect for that. Have already recommended it to a family member. Thank you. "

Only reason we gave a 4 for cleanliness is because it was a little dusty (But expected due to it being a farmhouse!) Would recommend to all. "

"The owners were friendly, and attentive, but the property I felt was too expensive for what it was, there was no shower gel or anything in the bathrooms. There wasn’t a bin bin bag to collect rubbish. There were cobwebs and number of Rooms the black leather sofa was old and worn out and not very comfortable so although the setting was nice it did look like somewhere that the owners were trying to get out of as they told us there were selling up. "Set in isolated rural village with lovely views and walks. Our vist was marred by horrendous wet weather,but we made the best of it. Mark and Madeline were lovely people who made us welcome and dealt with any issues and gave advice about the area."

"We loved our stay at the house. So well equipped and spacious. We especially loved jumping in the hot tub in the evening and relaxing. Host was quick to respond whem we had an issue (make sure you check the pull out drawer in the top of the dishwasher for cutlery 😆) quite remote but that part of the charm - just don't expect anyone to be able to deliver a take away. Was perfect for our friend group as we could all have our own bedroom. Would definitely stay again."

"West House is a beautiful wing of a main building. It was spacious and beautifully kept, and a delight to stay in. The weather was appalling (storm Darragh) whilst we were there but it was snug, warm and cosy indoors. Well-equipped, clean, it was the perfect location for a pre-Christmas family get-together."
