"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "The location and property were exactly as advertised. Paradise Pointe Resort is close to Chattanooga and the many activities offered there. The resort is set up for privacy and spending time with the family. The cabin was clean, well organized, and overall perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this location and property."
