"The staff at Petoskey, Michigan, Days Inn were remarkably cheerful and helpful. Though the entire region was experiencing a power outage during the late March ice storm, the staff continued to operate with patience and helpfulness and good humor. They offered unlimited comforters, small battery operated lights. They charged our cell phones with a large power pack. The manager's husband agreed to pick up a grocery item for me without expecting a tip. Later, he agreed to take my sister and myself to shop at the local grocery store, again, not expecting compensation. All staff were pleasant throughout our stay. "

"I’ve driven by with my family hundreds of times and always wondered what it was like inside and got the opportunity to see during a short ski trip. The hotel is a 140 year old gem that has an extremely friendly staff. I’ll be back again for sure. "

"The location is excellent with easy parking. Even when it snows the plow goes around often to keep the parking lot clear. The hotel offers a heated pool, hot tub, and large sauna! The rooms are large, clean, and have everything to make the trip simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended to others."
