Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Whether you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or historical sites, you're right in the heart of it all. Overall, I highly recommend BB Puerta del Sol for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay in a prime location with fantastic service!"

"Excellent location, beautiful hotel, lovely room. One female staff member at reception was particularly wonderful, wish I knew her name. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. Large breakfast buffet but pricey. Couldn’t use the rooftop lounge area due to weather and construction."
