Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. "Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available...

My impression is that they are not paid sufficiently and their working periods stirctly controlled. "Cute hotel, great location for Eurostar (an easy 15 mins walk away), central Brussels (20 mins) and a nice area around the hotel too with some lovely restaurants nearby (Stella, Woodpecker, Huggys and Le Rendezvous-vous des Artistes). The room was quite hot (even for January!) so we had to make adjustments here and there. The towels are terrible! But you’re not going on hols for those 😂 and I think we were lucky as our first two nights were pretty quiet but some noisy neighbours moved upstairs...

"I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. "I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "
